Fluid Fitness
Fluid Fitness, owned by Lisa DelSignore, is a wonderful and welcoming studio. The studio is located a few blocks from Bryant Park and is very close to many subway lines as well as being walking distance to Penn Station. Fluid Fitness boasts the home base for 3 master trainers and houses many of the older handmade equipment. I see both Gyrotonic and Reflexology clients at this studio.
GYROTONIC® Manhasset
Gyrotonic Manhasset is owned by Marni Larkin. Marni is a physical therapist and talented Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis teacher. Her studio is located mere steps away from the LIRR station at Hillside Avenue. Classes, private sessions and duets are offered.

Village Gyrotonic is owned by Esther Moreno. This cozy studio has been around a long time and boasts a loyal and still growing clientele. Village Gyrotonic is steps away from the West 4th subway station in the heart of New York City’s downtown village. Classes, private sessions and duets are offered.
